Registered Branch Associates are an essential part of the client team and work closely with a Financial Advisor to serve existing clients, provide a streamlined client experience, understand client motivations and goals, and accelerate trust within the branch team. Training & Support Training which may include mentoring, job shadowing, coaching, and branch office visits A support network that extends beyond the branch office and includes headquarters assistance via phone, email, and firm intranet resources Skills Ability to learn and apply legal and regulatory requirements related to selling financial solutions Strong problem‑solving, critical thinking, and sound judgement; can work independently Resilient, creative, and progressive mindset Motivated to achieve results as an individual and as part of a team Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management Key Responsibilities Deepen relationships with existing clients Gather information and collect suitability data to open new accounts Research portfolio performance, costs, fees, asset allocation, and changes to portfolio construction; make recommendations to the Financial Advisor and communicate to clients on behalf of the Advisor when recommended.
