Job Summary The University of North Georgia, Department of Nursing is accepting applications for a 12‑month, full‑time faculty member for the Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing track. Preference will be given to candidates who have a doctorate in nursing and have academic teaching experience in a Bachelor of Science in Nursing program. Responsibilities Teach didactic, clinical, and laboratory instruction and conduct clinical site visits in regional health care settings. Teach undergraduate students enrolled in the Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing program. Maintain a teaching schedule that may require travel to clinical sites in the metro‑Atlanta area and North Georgia region. Fulfill expectations for teaching, scholarship, and service. Required Qualifications Doctorate in nursing required. Minimum of two (2) years of recent experience as a Registered Nurse. Current license in Georgia as a registered professional nurse required.
