TinkBird Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a permanent position at a community health center serving pediatric and adult patients in Georgia. Position details include:

Job Type: Permanent

Specialty: Primary Care / Family Medicine

Provider Type: FNP or PA

Patient Volume: 15–20 patients per day

Setting: Single-provider clinic

EMR: eClinicalWorks (eCW)

Support Staff: 2 Medical Assistants and 1 Front Desk staff member

Supervision: Primary and secondary supervising physicians

Medical records and referrals departments provide additional support

Experience: 2–3 years of provider experience required

Limited remote work available for charting as needed

Schedule: Monday–Friday 7:30 AM–4:00 PM

Lunch: 11:30 AM–12:30 PM

Start: ASAP

Limited on-call responsibility: approximately 1 week every 6–8 weeks

On-call duties may be performed remotely

Patient volume tends to be slower in summer and busier during winter

Compensation & Benefits:

Requirements:

Current NP or PA licensure eligible to practice in Georgia

2–3 years of experience as a practicing provider

Ability to work independently in a single-provider clinic
