General Manager

Role: General Manager Key Responsibilities: Managing day-to-day shop operations and production schedules Ensuring on-time delivery and quality of machined parts Driving continuous improvement initiatives in efficiency and cost reduction Leading and mentoring the production team Collaborating with sales, engineering, and quality departments Ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards Managing resource planning Manage purchasing activities for raw materials, products, or equipment Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers Track purchase orders and ensure on-time delivery Handle delivery or quality issues (e.g., defects, shortages) Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., production, sales, finance) to meet requirements Qualifications: Proven experience (5+ years) managing CNC machining operations Strong technical knowledge of CNC machines, programming, tooling, and processes Leadership and team management skills Solid understanding of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles Ability to manage production schedules and meet delivery targetsExcellent communication and organizational skills Background in mechanical or manufacturing engineering preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
