About the Job The Senior Plant Technician is a highly skilled individual contributor responsible for troubleshooting, tearing down, and rebuilding all equipment on‑site. With a strong mechanical aptitude, this role involves using advanced tools, welding, and cutting to maintain and repair plant machinery. Other Requirements Repairing and Maintaining Mechanical Equipment: Capable of independently performing and completing most routine maintenance tasks on quarry plant equipment. Experienced in using the appropriate tools and techniques for repairing conveyors, crushers, screens, pumps, and other essential plant machinery. Making Decisions and Solving Problems: Skilled in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing common mechanical issues to ensure equipment reliability. Salary Range The base hourly range for this role is between $34.00 - $40.00 per hour. This range is not inclusive of our discretionary bonus or equity package.
