We are a full-service architecture and engineering firm with a range of commercial projects. Over the last 15 years we have scaled to 13 offices across the US along with over 150 employees and counting! As the Studio Lead, you will manage a team dedicated to delivering exceptional client services. Your responsibilities will include overseeing staff, ensuring efficiency and quality, maintaining client satisfaction, driving profitability, mitigating risks, fostering growth, managing projects, and developing business opportunities.
Objectives
- As an architecture Studio lead, your primary responsibility is to oversee and coordinate the operations of an architecture studio.
- The role involves managing various aspects of the studio's daily operations, supporting the architectural team, and ensuring the smooth functioning of projects.
- Represent the Company in all external and internal interface opportunities by demonstrating and exemplifying the company Values, Morals and Ethics to include staff, clients, consultants, agencies, and contractor interface.
