Lifecycle Marketing Manager

Owning the design and performance of participant-centric lifecycle marketing strategies, the full-time remote Lifecycle Marketing Manager will define frameworks, lead cross-functional alignment, and drive measurable improvements in participant behavior and financial outcomes within the financial services sector. Key responsibilities Define and manage the end-to-end lifecycle marketing strategy for workplace participants, including journey architecture and engagement models Lead the design of lifecycle journeys across key milestones, ensuring alignment with participant needs and business objectives Establish segmentation and personalization strategies using behavioral and demographic data to enhance relevance and engagement Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience 8-12+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or engagement marketing, preferably in financial services Demonstrated experience in owning lifecycle marketing strategy and achieving measurable business outcomes Advanced experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud Strong analytical skills with experience in defining measurement frameworks and translating data into strategic actions
