District Manager in Training

We’re seeking talented candidates for a District Manager in Training position at JiffyLube. JiffyLube is America’s leader in vehicle preventive maintenance services with over 2,000 locations. During the training period, you will manage one of our local stores and will be responsible for: Providing hands‑on overall leadership, training, safety guidance, motivation, and direction to store teammates Ensuring operational objectives, store financial performance, and guest service meet or exceed company goals Creating an energetic and fun working environment for all team members After the training assignment, you will oversee the operations and results of all stores within an assigned territory. This position directly supervises Store Managers and works closely with them to hire, train, motivate, provide safety guidance, and direct all team members of the District.
