Home Care Aide

Help at Home is hiring Home Care Aides in Pennsylvania. In this role, you will provide one-on-one support to clients in their homes and assist with transportation to appointments, errands, and other activities. This position requires a valid driver’s license, active auto insurance in your name, and access to a safe and reliable vehicle. Pay starts at $13 per hour . Part-time and flexible scheduling opportunities are available. Available shifts may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, and overnights based on client needs. Benefits Flexible scheduling Health care benefits for eligible employees Paid time off for eligible employees Training and professional development opportunities Employee referral bonus opportunities $1,000 sign-on bonus for eligible new caregivers* Responsibilities As a Home Care Aide, you may assist clients with: Light housekeeping, laundry, and basic cleaning Personal care activities, such as dressing and grooming Meal preparation Safe and timely transportation to appointments and errands Grocery shopping and other essential activities Companionship and support with daily routines Requirements Valid driver’s license Active auto insurance in your name Access to a safe and reliable vehicle Ability to assist clients with varying mobility needsAbility to help clients safely enter and exit a vehicle, as needed Ability to complete required background screening Willingness to complete organizational and state-required training Previous caregiving experience is helpful but not required. Help at Home provides training for qualified candidates. Caregivers must comply with applicable state background-screening requirements. Compensation, benefits, paid time off, and bonuses vary by state and location, so please ask for complete details during your interview. New Hire Milestone Bonus: The $1,000 new hire milestone bonus is valid for caregivers that start on 6/22/2026 or later. This new hire bonus is paid in 8 increments, with the total accumulated $1,000 paid out after the caregiver has worked 1,000 hours from the start date. Caregivers must be active and must use electronic visit verification for hours to accumulate toward payout milestones. Caregivers transferring from an organization within the Help at Home, LLC portfolio of companies are not eligible to receive the bonus. Former employees must be returning after an absence period of at least one year to be eligible. The milestones must be reached within 18 months from start date.
