Position Summary

B.R.I.D.G.E. Path Staffing Solutions is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide quality patient care in long-term care facilities, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, assisted living communities, and home health settings throughout New Mexico. The CNA will assist patients with activities of daily living while supporting nurses and other healthcare professionals in delivering exceptional care.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.

· Measure and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.

· Assist patients with mobility, transfers, ambulation, and positioning.

· Observe and report changes in patient condition to the supervising nurse.

· Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.

· Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and hydration monitoring when necessary.

· Ensure patient rooms are clean, safe, and organized.

· Follow infection control and safety procedures at all times.

· Provide compassionate emotional support to patients and families.

· Respond promptly to patient call lights and requests for assistance.

Qualifications

· Current New Mexico Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing.

· High school diploma or GED preferred.

· Current CPR/BLS certification preferred.

· Previous healthcare experience preferred but not required.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

· Must pass all required background screenings and drug testing.

Qualified CNAs may be eligible for a hiring bonus based on experience, assignment location, shift availability, and length of commitment. Bonus details will be discussed during the interview process.

Physical Requirements

· Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients safely.

· Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.

· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
