Marketing Director

Technology Company in the Fairfield County AREA (Connecticut) looking for a hands on Director/VP of Marketing to lead a small team. Location: Fairfield COUNTY area, CT Work Arrangement: Primarily/ideally onsite; some hybrid flexibility Salary: $120,000-$160,000 + up to 25% bonus (based on individual and company performance based bonus) Looking for a hands-on Director/VP of Marketing to lead its marketing efforts and help grow the brand. This person will manage a small marketing team, oversee external creative partners, and take ownership of the company's digital presence and go-to-market strategy. The ideal candidate has experience working in a startup or small-company environment and is comfortable being both a strategic leader and a hands-on contributor. The Director/VP of Marketing will be responsible for driving brand awareness and company growth through digital marketing, social media, website management, go-to-market strategy, omni channel marketing, and integrated campaigns. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the marketing team and oversee day-to-day marketing activities Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to support company growth Develop and implement omnichannel marketing strategies across digital, social, email, web, paid media, and other relevant channels Develop and execute marketing campaigns designed to generate awareness, leads, and revenue Manage relationships with outsourced creative agencies, freelancers, and other marketing partners Ensure all marketing content is original, engaging, consistent, and aligned with the brand Work closely with company leadership and other departments to align marketing initiatives with business objectives Track marketing initiatives, timelines, deliverables, and performance Monitor campaign results and use data and analytics to optimize marketing efforts Identify new opportunities to strengthen the company's brand, customer acquisition, and market presence Stay current on emerging marketing technologies and leverage AI tools to improve marketing efficiency and execution Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a hands-on marketing leader who has experience working in a startup, entrepreneurial, or small-to-medium-sized company environment. The successful candidate will have: Experience leading marketing within a startup or small/medium-sized company Strong hands-on marketing experience across multiple channels Experience managing and developing a small marketing team Experience with social media, LinkedIn, digital marketing, websites, and content Demonstrated experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies Experience with omnichannel marketing E-commerce marketing experience is preferred Strong project management and execution skills Experience managing outsourced creative or marketing partners Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Ability to balance high-level strategy with day-to-day execution Familiarity with AI tools and their practical application in marketing #J-18808-Ljbffr Lighthouse Talent Group
