Behavior Analyst

BCBA at MyPath No billable hours — focus on clinical quality, not time tracking Consistent paycheck — stable caseloads and clients available during scheduled hours Flexible scheduling — autonomy to flex time while maintaining structure Stable home base & office — predictable work environment Collaborative model — work cross-functionally with nursing, health, and other interdisciplinary teams Robust benefits package — including: Schedule Full-time, 40 hours, First Shift. Flexibility required with occasional shifts outside of standard schedule to support student needs. Education & Experience Masters Degree Required Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing (required) Eligible for Wisconsin Behavior Analyst License within 90 days of hire (required) Minimum 2 years of experience working with individuals with autism or related disabilities in a residential, clinical, or educational setting (3+ years preferred) Demonstrated experience with Positive Behavior Supports (PBS), trauma-informed care, and Multi‑Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) Required Skills & Attributes Ability to maintain a calm and effective demeanor in emergency and stressful situations. Strong analytical, communication and problem‑solving skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high‑quality care. Ability to coach, mentor, and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams Commitment to culturally responsive and ethical practices Collaborative, flexible, and mission‑driven mindset Additional Requirements Must be at least 21 years old . Must possess a valid Driver’s License and have an acceptable driving record.
