Whether your background is in backend systems, modern frontend development, or full-stack delivery, there is a team here where you can grow your skills and make a meaningful impact.Key Responsibilities:Build & Maintain: Develop robust features and components for WellSky solutions, emphasizing code quality, performance, and scalability across the software development lifecycle.Collaborate: Work closely with solution managers, designers, and senior engineers to gather requirements, propose solutions, and deliver high-impact features that align with business goals.Troubleshoot & Optimize: Identify and resolve technical issues in development and production environments, debugging applications and performance tuning to improve system scalability.Ensure Code Quality: Prepare technical documentation, actively participate in code reviews, and adhere to industry best practices and internal coding standards.Test for Reliability: Develop and maintain a robust set of automated tests (including unit, integration, and performance testing) to validate software quality.Embrace AI: Leverage AI-assisted development tools and platforms as an integral part of your daily workflow to streamline tasks, enhance decision-making, and drive data-informed outcomes.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience.At least 2-4 years of relevant work experience in software development.Preferred Qualifications:We operate across a wide variety of tech stacks to solve complex problems. You do NOT need experience with all of these to be a great fit.
