Senior Business Process Specialist

Leading process reengineering initiatives, the full-time Senior Business Process Re-Engineering Specialist will facilitate training, develop methodologies, and apply process improvement principles while working remotely to enhance efficiency and integration of business systems for the Department of Defense. Key Responsibilities Leads facilitation, training, and evaluation of process reengineering across all phases Identifies best practices and employs change management and organizational development techniques Conducts activity and data modeling, and supervises business process re-engineering efforts Required Qualifications Undergraduate degree required Seven (7) years of relevant business process re-engineering experience Relevant certification from a nationally recognized authority IAM Level III certification with EDI/XML electronic data exchange experience First-hand knowledge of DoD/Component policies and business procedures
