Workplace IT Solutions Engineer (Onsite)

IQVIA seeks an experienced IT professional to provide third-tier audiovisual support for conference rooms and IT infrastructure across multiple office locations. The role involves designing AV systems, troubleshooting technical issues, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring compliance with company standards.

Responsibilities

Provide third-tier remote and onsite AV support for conference room equipment fleet
Design AV systems and consult with business units on hardware and installation standards
Troubleshoot technical issues, document problems, and escalate complex matters appropriately
Train and mentor junior IT team members on problem resolution and procedures
Maintain technical documentation, develop SOPs, and lead small IT projects

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
5+ years enterprise audio and visual systems experience
Microsoft 365, workstation, and networking technology knowledge
Intermediate AV systems and network administration industry standards knowledge
Advanced verbal and written communication skills
Advanced ability to build effective working relationships with stakeholders
Intermediate project management experience

Compensation: $60,700-$151,800 base
