Registered Nurse (RN) – Labor & Delivery (L&D)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients across the lifespan, from infancy through adulthood, within a Labor & Delivery setting
• Apply knowledge of age-related growth and development to individualize the nursing process for each patient
• Deliver care in alignment with nursing philosophy, objectives, Standards of Care, and Standards of Practice
• Support a low-intervention, midwife-led care model emphasizing patient empowerment and personalized pregnancy care
• Utilize Epic EMR to accurately document patient care and clinical information

Required Qualifications

• Active New Hampshire RN License or Compact RN License
• Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience
• Postpartum and Mother/Baby care experience
• Epic EMR experience
• Active American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Certification
• Active Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

• AWHONN Certification obtained within the past 3 years
• Experience working in a regional referral or full-service hospital environment
