This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced ED RN who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering safe, efficient, and patient-centered emergency care. The ED RN will be responsible for performing comprehensive initial and ongoing patient assessments, prioritizing care based on acuity, developing and implementing individualized plans of care, and recognizing and responding to changes in patient condition. The RN will administer treatments, monitor patient responses, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and provide patients and families with clear education regarding treatment, medications, follow-up care, and discharge instructions. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other members of the multidisciplinary team while supporting patient safety, quality improvement, evidence-based practice, and regulatory compliance. Candidates should have recent Emergency Department/ER nursing experience, strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to make sound decisions in a high-pressure environment. A current Indiana RN license or Compact State RN license and all required certifications are required. Contract Details: 13-week travel contract in Scottsburg, IN.
