What You'll Do:
This is for early Saturday mornings only. Great if you are looking for a part time job! AM Bakers are in charge of following all of Crumbl recipes and keeping pace of the mix plan for the day. You will be balling, forming, portioning, and baking dough in assembly with speed and efficiency. No baking expirence needed! We will train and provide you with all the tools, scoops, spreaders, and scales you need! You only need a great attitude, a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and passion for perfection. Earn raises as you complete training milestones.

Minimum Job Requirements:

• At least 17 years old (required to operate mixing equipment)
• Must be available to work Saturday mornings with options to pick up other shifts.
• Completion of Basic Food Handlers certificate prior to start date (short online course for under $10)
• Must have smartphone / tablet and able to use for required apps and weekly menu training
• Must be able to read recipes and measure accurately.
• Working knowledge of Hobart mixers and previous baking/production experience is a plus.

*Tip Sharing: Tips are pooled and shared among all staff. The store guarantees a minimum of $2.00/hour in tips (though they often run higherup to $4.00/hour during popular weeks). If tips fall short, ownership covers the difference. This guarantee is reviewed quarterly.
