Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our per diem team at Rehabilitation at Scottsdale Village Square in Scottsdale, Arizona. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients, assisting with daily living activities, and promoting a positive and comfortable environment. Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, promoting a positive and comfortable environment

• Assist with transfers, ambulation, and exercise programs, as needed

• Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team

• Assist with medication management and administration, as directed

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, progress notes, and communication with the healthcare team

• Demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and customer service

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Arizona

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
