Senior Electrical Project Manager
Full-Time | Onsite – Pacific, WA | Direct Hire | $145K–$155K
About the Opportunity
Our client is an established commercial electrical contractor serving private and public sector clients across the Greater Puget Sound region and beyond. Their work spans commercial electrical, low-voltage, and service, with 15–30 projects running at any given time. It's a close-knit, work-hard/play-hard team where field and office staff are tight, tenure runs long, and loyalty is huge. Expect an open-door, face-to-face culture with team lunches and the occasional Friday get-together — they want someone outgoing, engaging, and fun to be around who pitches in wherever needed.
The Role
This is primarily a leadership role rather than a hands-on PM seat. Reporting to the VP of Construction, you'll manage and mentor a team of 5–6 Project Managers — providing direction, building their business acumen, and overseeing project delivery across the team — rather than personally running projects day to day. You'll also oversee a portion of the estimating team, so estimating experience matters. You may step in to run a project directly if a coverage gap needs filling. Core focus: leading the PM team, overseeing delivery and estimating, and bringing strong business and financial acumen.

- Oversee project delivery across the team's portfolio
- Provide estimating oversight for part of the estimating team
