Overview The Senior Financial Analyst at HEYDUDE is responsible for playing a key role in supporting the Brand team on implementing plans that will support the building of operating expense forecasts and budgets. This person will mainly support our Brand Marketing team while helping consolidate HEYDUDE Financials for enterprise-level presentations. This is a highly visible position across multiple areas of the business, and the candidate must have a great sense of professionalism and excellent verbal and written communication skills. What You’ll Do Develop monthly presentations to highlight financial results and business drivers to management Analyze monthly results in comparison to budgets, forecasts, and prior year, proactively finding opportunities for improvement Build Brand Marketing ROI’s supporting innovation and commercial launches Collaborate with the Global Brand Partnerships team to build ROIs for potential new partnerships Build and improve completed financial models to drive business decisions and improvements in planning and forecasting Establish strong, collaborative working relationships, maintaining ongoing consistent communications with business partners What You’ll Bring to the Table Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in accounting, business administration, finance or economics 5+ years of related/applicable experience Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel Experience with BI tools, SAP or BPC a plus Expert in building models for analysis Knowledge of accounting procedures Adaptable in a fast-paced environment Equal Opportunity Employer The Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to a diverse and inclusive work environment.
