MLR is looking for a skilled and dedicated CT Technologist to join our imaging team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing high-quality CT scans while ensuring exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, the ability to work collaboratively with the healthcare team, and a focus on patient safety and comfort.

Required Qualifications:

• Associate's degree from a JRCERT-accredited Radiology program.
• ARRT certification, Illinois Emergency Management Agency (IEMA) licensure, and BLS CPR certification.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Completion of a CT certification program.
• CT Certification.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate computed tomography (CT) scanners to capture detailed images of various body parts.
• Prepare patients for CT scans by explaining the procedure, ensuring proper positioning, and maintaining patient comfort.
• Administer contrast agents (orally or intravenously) according to safety protocols.
• Adjust scanner settings to ensure high-quality imaging, verify images, and repeat scans when necessary.
• Follow safety protocols to minimize radiation exposure and maintain patient safety throughout the procedure.
