Abundant Health Care Counseling Center is searching for dedicated and experienced Licensed Mental Health Counselors , including Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC), and Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), to join our team in a remote, full-time capacity. This role offers a unique opportunity for compassionate professionals interested in making a meaningful difference in the lives of clients from the comfort of their own homes.
About the Organization\nLocated in Hillsboro, Oregon, Abundant Health Care Counseling Center is a vibrant, community-focused health clinic committed to providing high-quality mental health services. Work Environment\nThis remote work setting allows you to maintain a work-life balance while providing therapy services from your home office. We provide an all-in-one counselor dashboard that facilitates live video sessions, messaging, and client management, ensuring that technology never stands in the way of delivering exceptional care. You can design your schedule around personal commitments, leading to a healthier and more fulfilled life outside of work.
Key Responsibilities\nAs a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

- Ongoing Monitoring: Regularly assess client progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. \n
Your clientele will primarily consist of stable adults with low acuity mental health concerns, carefully screened before accessing your services. This allows you to focus on offering supportive and effective therapy without the additional pressure of managing severe mental health cases. We also match you with clients according to your specialties and demographic preferences, ensuring the most suitable matches.

- Interpersonal Skills: Proven ability to build rapport, demonstrate empathy, and navigate challenging conversations with sensitivity and care. \n
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using modern technology and software platforms for delivering services effectively. \n
While a minimum of two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling is required, candidates with diverse backgrounds and specialties in various therapeutic methods are encouraged to apply. Experience with telehealth practices is a plus, considering the remote nature of the job.
Compensation and Benefits\nOur competitive salary range is between USD 90,000 and 104,000 annually , depending on the number of hours worked and availability. We also provide:
