Please note that relocation assistance is not provided for this position.A Day in the Life:Lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives to support portfolio growth and innovationCollaborate with product management, commercial teams, and regional stakeholders to deliver aligned marketing strategiesDevelop impactful content and campaigns to drive demand generation and strengthen market presenceExecute integrated, multi-channel marketing programs to enhance customer value and engagementPosition the organization as a thought leader across key markets through targeted messaging and insightsPartner cross-functionally to drive business resultsKeys to Success:Education:Bachelor's degree in life sciences, marketing, business administration, or related discipline with 8+ years of experience in marketing within life sciences or related industry, or Advanced degree with 6+ years of experienceExperience:Proven expertise in developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies and campaignsExperience with digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, social media, and marketing automation platformsDemonstrated success creating sales enablement tools and customer-facing contentExperience influencing and collaborating across matrix organizationsKnowledge, Skills, Abilities:Strong knowledge of life science research markets and competitor landscapeDeep understanding of marketing fundamentals: 4Ps, segmentation, value proposition developmentDemonstrated ability to translate technical/scientific content into compelling customer messagingStrong analytical capabilities to measure campaign effectiveness and drive data-based decisionsStrong project management and organizational skills to manage multiple prioritiesProficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing automation/CRM platformsAbility to travel up to 25%Other:Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the futureMust be able to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screenCompensation and Benefits:The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $103,100.00–$120,300.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
