Our studios invite constant interaction between customers, furniture, and the team, and you will learn the stories of iconic products from designers such as Charles and Ray Eames, Jens Risom, Herman Miller, and Knoll. Responsibilities Build trusting relationships by developing, leading, and motivating a team through goal setting and giving consistent recognition, coaching, feedback, and training. Manage the full life‑cycle of talent acquisition, partnering with Human Resources for performance‑management related situations. Ensure studio procedures are followed to represent the best in design, utilizing visual directives, presentation, and housekeeping standards to maximize profit and control expenses. Lead the team in creating floorplans, design presentations, weekly trade events, and home visits. Build positive working relationships with the studio team, the Regional Manager, and share business insights, best practices, and strategies to grow the business. Qualifications Retail management experience preferred. Demonstrated design skills and a passion for the design profession. Financial literacy, business acumen, and ability to manage budgetary responsibilities. Proficiency with MS Office software, web navigation, and 3‑D rendering programs. Able to routinely move objects weighing more than 20 pounds and to understand safety requirements. Compensation & Benefits Compensation range for this role is $80,000.00 – $85,000.00. Eligible to receive a geographic premium, annual discretionary incentive, and equity awards subject to program rules.
