The Clinical Manager role is responsible for planning, organizing, and managing the overall operations of the cardiac-telemetry units (including 4th floor cardiac, PCU, and the telemetry monitoring room). Responsibilities include managing clinical staff, ensuring regulation compliance, overseeing patient care, adhering to and managing department budgets and developing unit policy and procedures. To assist in coordination between administration and patient care activities consistent with Bradley Medical Centers mission and pride values.

Job Qualifications:

Education: Degree from an accredited school of nursing. MSN/BSN preparation preferred. AD with demonstrated competency and a minimum of three years of nursing experience required.

Licensure: Current Tennessee or Compact State Registered Nurse License required. BLS required. ACLS required within six months of hire.

Experience: Must have two years training and experience in clinical nursing and one year in management/supervision.
