Assistant General Manager

Ultimate Ninjas Academy Deerfield is dedicated to creating a safe, inspiring, and growth-focused environment where children and families can build confidence through play, fitness, and community. We are seeking a motivated Assistant General Manager to help lead daily operations, support our team, and ensure every guest has an exceptional experience.
In this role, you will:- Supervise, coach, and support staff to maintain high standards of service and safety.
- Welcome and check in guests with professionalism and warmth.
- Guide families through registrations and waivers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Respond promptly to phone, email, and in-person inquiries.
- Process payments accurately and maintain financial integrity.
- Navigate and maintain computer systems for scheduling, reporting, and customer records.
- Assist with birthday parties, special events, and community programs to deliver memorable experiences.
- Support management with day-to-day operational tasks to keep the academy running smoothly.
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, or recreation management.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and professionalism.
- Experience with iClassPro or similar class/party management software is a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
