Forest County Potawatomi Community seeks an HR Program Manager to drive employment initiatives for tribal members. You will screen candidates, manage interviews, extend offers, and oversee onboarding and orientation. You’ll monitor participant progress and design learning segments to support growth. You will also coach participants, attend job fairs and council meetings, provide policy interpretation support, and assist with challenging personnel issues.
