Inside Sales Associate

Location Omaha, NE – 66, 9950 S. 134th St. Suite 101, Omaha, Nebraska 68138 Pay & Hours Pay: $19–$22 per hour with up to $2,500 in performance bonuses. Hours: Monday–Friday 7:30am–5pm, with some Saturdays. Process, pull, and distribute customer products quickly and efficiently. Handle questions and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Accurately perform data entry of sales orders to generate invoices for pickup or delivery. Secure payment of invoices or obtain credit authorization per company policy. Evaluate and determine disposition of warranty items per manufacturer policy and customer needs. Estimate delivery dates to customers based on vendor schedules. Assist in receiving, shipping, and general warehouse duties. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. 1+ year related inside sales experience preferred. Ability to move 100 pounds with a dolly. Strong front‑of‑house presence and ability to deal directly with customers for a large portion of the day. Strong customer‑service attitude. Good computer skills, including MS Office. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment dealing with inventory, product allocations and customer issues. Familiarity with pool supplies, parts, chemicals or pool construction helpful.
