UW Medicine is seeking a Pharmacy Quality Assurance Coordinator (Pharmacist 4) to lead QA programs for sterile products across UW Medicine Pharmacies. The role coordinates microbiological testing, environmental monitoring, and end-product testing, working with managers and staff to implement QA policies and ensure compliance. The ideal candidate has three years of pharmacy practice and a ASHP-accredited residency or equivalent; strong collaboration skills and independent, organized work habits #J-18808-Ljbffr FHLB Des Moines
