Senior CRM Solution Architect

Job Summary:

The Senior Solution Architect - CRM is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and governance of enterprise-wide Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions. This role focuses on creating scalable, secure, and efficient cloud-based architectures that support regulatory compliance services across multiple government ministries. The architect will provide technical leadership in solution, data, and integration architecture to modernize complex environments and align with enterprise standards and policies. Responsibilities:

• Lead the design of the Common Compliance Management Platform (CCMP) solution ecosystem, including data models aligned with enterprise standards and seamless integration with enterprise data platforms.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to gather business and technical requirements, develop solution architectures and proposals, and provide cost estimates.
• Support governance approval processes and facilitate acceptance of solution designs.
• Assess the impact of new technologies on existing systems and provide modernization recommendations.
• Provide strategic architecture leadership and advisory services to ensure alignment with business objectives and enterprise architecture.
• Produce architecture deliverables such as physical architecture diagrams, solution architecture documents, integration specifications, security designs, data flow diagrams, and environment architecture.
• Lead the design and modernization of complex data and application environments, including hybrid cloud-native solutions.

Required Skills & Certifications:

• Extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution architecture, including design, implementation, customization, and governance.
• Proven expertise in Microsoft Power Platform solutions such as Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Business Process Flows.
• Experience architecting and implementing Azure-based enterprise solutions including Azure Integration Services, App Services, Functions, and API Management.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise integration architectures and scalable integration patterns across multiple business systems.
• Ability to produce detailed architecture documentation and designs.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Expert.
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert.
• Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification.
