At The Sheridan at Tyler Creek in Elgin, IL and The Woodlands at Canterfield, in West Dundee, IL, we're looking for a PRN SLP who's passionate about unlocking communication, dignity, and joy for the older adult population.

2-3 days per week, consistent PRN hours, 5-10 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Create personalized treatment plans that spark progress and purpose
• Collaborate with a vibrant interdisciplinary crew who values your input
• Encourage, coach, and celebrate every win—big or small
• Drive clinical programs that support speech, cognition, and swallowing function
• Meet documentation and productivity standards (yes, it's part of the job—but we promise, you won't be drowning in paperwork)

And above all, you'll give voice back to those who need it most.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program
• A current SLP license in the state of OH
• A flexible schedule (some weekends included)
• Bonus points if you have experience in acute care, long-term care, or rehab—but if you're eager to learn, we'll support your growth!
