Repair and Maintenance Carpenter

Overview Job Title: Repair and Maintenance Carpenter Company: Tacheny Exteriors Location: Tempe, AZ Responsibilities Conduct repairs and maintenance on roofing and exterior structures Collaborate with team members to assess project needs and timelines Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment Utilize various carpentry tools and equipment effectively Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions Qualifications Proven experience as a carpenter, preferably in repair and maintenance Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and materials Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication and teamwork abilities Valid driver's license and clean driving record Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent and two years of carpentry experience; OR Completion of vocational or apprenticeship program in carpentry/building trades; OR Three years of experience in carpentry under the supervision of a skilled carpenter; OR A satisfactory combination of experience required.
