- Conduct thorough evaluations in either an inpatient or outpatient environment and craft personalized treatment strategies
- Implement physical therapy techniques aimed at enhancing mobility, strength, coordination, and overall functionality
- Collaborate extensively with nurses, physicians, case managers, and other rehabilitation professionals to maximize patient outcomes
- Provide valuable education to patients and their families regarding rehabilitation goals, discharge processes, and home exercise regimens
- Keep meticulous documentation of patient evaluations, therapies rendered, and progression while adhering to facility protocols and regulations
- Engage in interdisciplinary meetings and team rounds to ensure cohesive and coordinated patient care
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or a comparable qualification from an accredited institution
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Preferred: CPR certification
- Specialized certifications (e.g., neurological, geriatric) will be advantageous but are not mandatory
- Previous clinical experience is strongly preferred
- Competence in treating patients with intricate medical and mobility challenges
