Senior Business Development Manager

Position: Senior Business Development Manager Description: Leading the full sales cycle , from prospecting to closing six- and seven-figure deals.
Developing and executing go-to-market strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Collaborating with marketing, product, and technical teams to align sales efforts with business goals.
Conducting advanced solution presentations, demos, Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and proposals tailored to client needs.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior decision-makers across industries.
Monitoring industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities. Requirements: AI and SAAS sales experience.
French fluency is required.
Proven track record of sourcing and closing six- and seven-figure new logo deals within a given territory.
Ability to manage long sales cycles (3-6 months) and navigate complex enterprise deals.
Ability to travel up to 50% as needed.
Experience managing cross-functional sales teams. Benefits: Competitive base salary of $120K - $140K DOE.
Performance-based commission structure with OTE: $300K - $350K.
Signing bonus.
Phantom share options for top performers.
Hybrid work environment (3 days in-office, 2 days remote).
Flexible working hours.
