Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregiver to join our team at Upscale Home Care in Tempe, AZ. As an In Home Caregiver, you will provide high-quality, personalized care to our clients, empowering them to thrive in the comfort of their own homes. If you are passionate about helping seniors and veterans live life on their own terms, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one care to clients, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry
Manage medication administration and provide supervision and support with medication management
Engage clients in activities that promote mental and physical well-being, such as exercise, hobbies, and social interactions
Record and report client progress and any changes in their condition to our care team
Collaborate with other care professionals, including nurses and therapists, to ensure comprehensive care
Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients, adhering to all applicable infection control and safety protocols
$18 - $16 HOURLY compensation package
Requirements:
1 year of experience in caregiving or a related field
High school diploma or equivalent required
Reliable transportation
Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition clients, as needed
