A Day in the Life

At Via 313, our Dishwashers are essential to keeping the restaurant running smoothly. You'll help maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen while supporting the entire team behind the scenes.

Some days you'll focus on cleaning and sanitizing dishes, cookware, utensils, and equipment so our cooks can continue serving award-winning Detroit-style pizza. Other days you'll assist with kitchen organization, cleaning projects, stocking supplies, and supporting the back-of-house team wherever needed.

You'll be part of a hardworking team that takes pride in delivering great food and great experiences to every guest.

• Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, cookware, and utensils
• Maintain a clean and organized dish area
• Assist with kitchen cleanliness and sanitation standards
• Support the back-of-house team with stocking and cleaning tasks
