Senior Commercial Escrow Officer

Job Summary Provides escrow services for commercial transactions. Responsible for facilitating real estate transactions by providing a high level of customer service and proactive communication to both internal and external customers throughout the closing process. Job Responsibilities Responsible for establishing new commercial escrow accounts and processing escrow documents in accordance with established policies and procedures Acts as a neutral third-party between buyers and sellers during a real estate sale, managing funds and processing real estate transactions Recommends improvements to existing processes and solutions to improve efficiency Understands how teams coordinate efforts and resources to achieve organizational objectives Provides subject matter guidance to team; may allocate work Impacts results of own team and effectiveness of related teams Gathers and analyzes data to identify and solve complex problems that arise with little or no precedent Exercises judgement based on previous experiences, practices and precedents Evaluates and communicates complex information in a clear, concise manner Exchanges ideas and information effectively Works autonomously within established procedures and practices Acts as a lead, coordinating the work of others but is not a direct supervisor Performs all other duties as assigned by management Education High school diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred Experience Typically requires 8+ years of related work experience Equal Employment Opportunity Stewart is committed to ensuring that its online application process provides an equal employment opportunity to all job seekers, including individuals with disabilities. Pay Range & Benefits $79,737.45 - $132,895.74 Annually. The base salary range provided is consistent with similar roles at the Company. The base salary range is not an absolute, but a guide, and actual offers will be based on the individual candidate’s knowledge, skills, education, experience, location, market conditions, and other compensation components. Depending upon all of the preceding considerations, the base salary may be lower or higher than the stated range.
