Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Range: $20-$22/hour
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years Specialty Preferred: Family Practice Bilingual: Preferred, not required

Position Summary

Millennium Physician Group is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Patient Care Specialist to join our growing team in Naples, FL. This role is essential in ensuring patients receive exceptional service and support throughout their visit. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates excellent reliability, and excels at multitasking.

How will you make an impact & Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Patient intake - Greet patients, verify insurance, update records, and prepare charts
• Scheduling coordination - Manage appointments, follow-ups, and provider calendars
• Clinical support - Assist with vitals, rooming patients, and preparing exam rooms
• Documentation accuracy - Maintain detailed and compliant patient records
• Patient communication - Answer phones, relay messages, and support patient needs
• Office reliability - Maintain consistent attendance and support additional office locations as needed

Required Qualifications

• Two years of medical office experience in a clinical or patient-facing role
• Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to prioritize
• Excellent reliability, professionalism, and communication skills
• Ability to float to other Millennium Physician Group offices when needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in family practice
• Bilingual (Spanish/English or Creole/English)
