Key Responsibilities Deliver in-home occupational therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in their homes Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function to develop individualized treatment goals Implement effective rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care Maintain accurate and timely home health care documentation per Medicare and agency standards What InHome Therapy Offers Consistent patient census – we bring patients to you through our agency partner network IHT Clinical Excellence Bonus – earn additional weekly pay based on visit complexity and volume Tablet and data plan provided Paid training and mentorship Concierge-level clinical and administrative support Leadership opportunities and professional development Full‑time benefits include Health Insurance, Dental, Vision, PTO and 401(k) Compensation and Benefits This position is paid on a per-visit basis. The evaluation visit rate for this role ranges from $75 to $85 per eval. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Requirements Active occupational therapy (OT) license in good standing BLS CPR certification Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes Basic comfort with technology – email, texting, EMR systems (training provided) Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked.
