Pay: $40,000–$50,000 Base + Uncapped Commission + Car Allowance
First-Year Earning Potential: $75,000–$100,000+; top performers can earn more

About the Role

We're seeking a true hunter who enjoys finding new business, building relationships, and closing deals. This role owns the full sales cycle , from prospecting and cold calling through proposal, negotiation, and close.

What You'll Do

Prospect & Develop New Business
• Prospect daily through cold calling, email, door-to-door outreach, networking, LinkedIn, referrals, and other methods
• Build relationships with business owners, office managers, and key decision-makers
• Research businesses for aging equipment, expiring leases, and high print costs
• Follow up on leads provided by the marketing and appointment-setting team

Manage the Sales Process
• Meet with prospects to understand their current printing, copying, and scanning needs and costs
• Conduct print assessments and review equipment, lease, and service agreements
• Recommend multifunction copiers, printers, and managed print solutions
• Conduct product demonstrations in person or at the showroom

Build Proposals & Close Deals
• Create professional proposals with lease and purchase options, including service and supply agreements
• Present pricing, overcome objections, and negotiate terms
• Close deals and complete required paperwork, including lease and credit applications
• Hand off customers to the service and installation teams while remaining involved through implementation

Manage Your Pipeline
• Track activities, meetings, and opportunities in the CRM
• Meet weekly activity goals for calls, door knocks, and appointments
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

What We're Looking For

Required:
• 2+ years of outside sales experience
• Experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage your own schedule
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

Preferred:
• B2B sales experience, particularly in copier/office equipment, managed IT/MSP, or a related industry
• Understanding of equipment leasing — training will be provided

Compensation & Benefits
