Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough client assessments to understand individual challenges and develop tailored treatment plans that include individual and group therapy sessions. \n
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date case notes and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations regarding patient records. \n
- Work alongside the clinical director on quality improvement initiatives and participate in chart audits to ensure effective treatment delivery. \n
- Engage in regular communication with psychiatric and nursing staff to coordinate comprehensive care for clients, ensuring all aspects of their treatment are aligned. \n
- Actively participate in team meetings, clinical supervision, and ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance your clinical skills and collaborate with the entire team. \n
You will primarily work with clients experiencing a range of mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s degree from an accredited institution in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field. \n
- Active LCSW license in the state of California. \n
- A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in social work, particularly in settings related to mental health or substance use. \n
- Strong clinical skills, with proven experience in case management and a solid understanding of mental health practices. \n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information compassionately. \n
- Proficient in using electronic health record systems to document patient care and maintain accurate treatment records. \n

- 3 years of experience within social work, especially in substance use and mental health treatment centers. \n
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, nurses, and peer support specialists. \n
- Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities that support addiction recovery and mental wellness. \n
