Caregiver OpportunityJoin Home Instead as part of a team that helps clients feel safe, supported, and cared for at home. We’re looking for compassionate caregivers to provide meaningful, hands-on care for individuals with a range of needs. This role offers a mix of daytime and nighttime shifts and includes weekend coverage.PayCompetitive Pay: $16.00–$18.00/hourScheduleDay Hours from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.Evening Hours from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.Coverage needed Monday – SundayStrong attendance and reliability are essential.What You’ll DoAssist with personal care: bathing, dressing, toileting and hygieneSupport safe transfers by actively guiding and ensuring safetySupport catheter care and frequent brief checks (when applicable)Encourage mobility and daily activityStay actively engaged and responsive during the shifts to ensure safety and needs are consistently met.Assist with meal preparation and encourage hydrationProvide medication remindersComplete light housekeeping, laundry and household organizationPay & BenefitsPaid training at your regular wage — initial and ongoing training are paid at the Care Pro’s actual wage, not minimum wage.Paid time off — available after 1 year of service for Care Pros averaging 24+ hours per week.Weekend differential — $1/hour additional pay for eligible work between Friday at 10:00 PM and Sunday at 10:00 PM.401(k) with up to a 4% company match24/7 office supportIf you are dependable, attentive, and confident providing hands-on care — we want to meet you.
