FPGA Electronic Warfare Engineer

Overview Combine technical expertise with strategic thinking to deliver cutting‑edge FPGA‑based RF solutions that support the Army mission. Work hands‑on in a research‑and‑development environment focused on innovative technologies and real‑world impact. Responsibilities Design, develop, and test FPGA‑based RF capabilities; collaborate with cross‑functional engineering teams; contribute innovative solutions; and continuously grow expertise in embedded RF and FPGA technologies. Qualifications 3+ years of experience developing SDR solutions Proficiency in FPGA, VHDL or Verilog coding Experience with FPGA toolchains, including Vivado or Quartus Proficiency in C, C++, and MATLAB Experience with Git version control Experience with embedded hardware systems Knowledge of Linux distributions, including RedHat and Rocky Linux High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science preferred Ability to obtain a Secret clearance Preferred Qualifications DSP signal processing algorithms experience Experience developing integrated solutions leveraging both the embedded processor and FPGA fabric of Xilinx SoC and RFSoC devices Digital RF sampling, modulation, error correction, or compression experience TS/SCI clearance Security Clearance Applicants may be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Ability to obtain a Secret clearance is required. Compensation Projected salary range: $99,000 – $225,000 per year (USD).
