Updated: Yesterday Location: Houston, TX, United States Job ID: 15578-OTHLOC-CktwYfw1 Job Summary The Virtual Sales Specialist implements the client’s marketing plan by delivering proficient sales presentations to a defined list of current and prospective customers in a virtual setting. The role involves planning and organizing activities, ensuring consistent territory coverage, managing territory information and complying with reporting and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities Execute client-directed outbound calls, emails, and virtual strategic interactions with assigned targets and prospective customers to deliver effective sales presentations. Clearly articulate the clinical benefits and value of the product to HCPs and office staff using educational resources and support materials virtually. Engage HCPs to educate, identify patients, and qualify leads. Foster trust and credibility through consistent, professional communication in a virtual setting with HCPs and office staff. Develop deep product and competitor knowledge, as well as understanding local and regional market trends for the virtual territory. Focus on total office support staff to drive product value by ensuring the office staff has the appropriate tools. Qualifications BA/BS minimum degree required. Minimum 3+ years of specialty pharmaceutical sales experience, preferably in rare disease. 1+ years of demonstrated success in a virtual/inside sales environment, with experience conducting educational sessions with HCPs. Strong CRM proficiency and comfort with digital sales tools. Excellent selling skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively.
