Responsibilities: • Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate ordering processes to prevent overstocking or shortages, while reducing waste. • Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and maintaining profitability through effective cost controls. • Lead operational strategies to meet and exceed company goals for quality, customer service, and profitability. • Ensure the restaurant is compliant with all company policies, industry regulations, and food safety standards to guarantee a safe, clean environment for both staff and customers. • Mentor and develop your team by providing guidance, feedback, and training to ensure consistent delivery of Papa John’s standards. Qualifications: • Strong leadership abilities with a passion for building and developing high-performing teams. • 3+ years of restaurant management experience, with a proven track record in high-volume, fast-paced environments. • Excellent communication skills to effectively manage both staff and customer relations. • Solid experience in budget management and financial analysis to drive profitability. • Must have reliable transportation to get to and from the store, the bank, and required meetings.
