Candidate must reside at least 60 miles from the facility. Job Summary We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a contract position in Muskegon, Michigan. The PT will evaluate and treat patients across a range of orthopedic, neurological, and post-surgical diagnoses, developing individualized treatment plans to restore function and improve quality of life. This is a day shift role in an inpatient or outpatient hospital setting. Key Responsibilities Evaluate patients and establish individualized physical therapy treatment plans Deliver therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional mobility training Document patient progress and treatment plans in the electronic health record Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning Supervise physical therapy assistants and support staff as applicable Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention Requirements Active PT license in Michigan or eligibility for licensure Graduate degree from an accredited physical therapy program (DPT preferred) BLS certification required Minimum 1 year of clinical PT experience preferred Must reside at least 60 miles from the facility - local candidates will not be considered #J-18808-Ljbffr
