Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify client needs and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans aimed at achieving meaningful therapeutic goals. \n
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy in individual and group settings to facilitate personal growth and heal emotional wounds. \n
- Support clients in developing adaptive coping mechanisms, problem-solving skills, and effective communication strategies that empower them to navigate life's challenges. \n
- Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups that provide community among clients facing common mental health issues, promoting shared learning and support networks. \n
- Work in partnership with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other multidisciplinary team members to ensure a comprehensive and holistic approach to client care. \n
- Engage in crisis intervention when necessary, providing immediate support for clients experiencing acute mental health episodes. \n
- Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and progress in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulatory requirements. \n
- Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in mental health therapy, integrating new knowledge into practice to enhance treatment effectiveness. \n
You will engage with a diverse patient population, providing mental health services that respect individual differences and promote inclusivity. Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Professional Counseling, or Psychology. \n
- Current independent licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PhD in psychology. \n

Compensation and Benefits\nThe salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
