What You’ll Do

• Welcome service customers promptly and professionally—because a great attitude sets the tone.
• Listen carefully to customer concerns and clearly communicate repair needs to service technicians.
• Recommend additional services using a low-pressure, high-integrity approach that builds trust.
• Provide accurate repair and maintenance estimates so customers can make confident decisions.
• Follow dealership policies for vehicle care, handling, and operation.
• Keep customers updated throughout the repair process and follow up to ensure a smooth experience.
• Sell and manage extended warranty options that add value and peace of mind for customers.
• Review completed repairs for quality and confirm all work has been finished properly.
• Notify customers when their vehicles are ready for pickup and make the handoff easy and positive.
• Review repairs and associated costs with customers in a clear, helpful, and professional way.
• Resolve minor customer concerns with patience, urgency, and a solutions-focused mindset.
• Keep the Service Manager informed of current issues, customer concerns, and potential problems.
• Help maintain strong Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores that reflect our commitment to excellent service.
