Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to identify client needs and formulate tailored treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to a range of individuals, couples, families, and groups coping with various issues, including anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities—such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy—aiming for outcomes that align with clients' specific goals.
• Engage in collaborative care by working with multidisciplinary teams that include psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to ensure a holistic approach to treatment.
• Maintain accurate, confidential clinical records while complying with ethical standards and legal requirements.
• Stay current on evolving methodologies in mental health care and participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, including workshops and training sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Gotham Enterprises, you will support a varied clientele, including adults facing mental health challenges such as stress, PTSD, and relationship issues, as well as youths struggling with emotional and behavioral concerns. Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits

Gotham Enterprises offers a competitive salary range of USD 300,000 to 400,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
